1. Service Description

Nuans provides optional AI detection and/or humanization of uploaded text documents. The service is an informational and assistive tool only.

2. User Obligations

Upload only content you own or have the right to use
Comply with applicable laws and academic integrity rules
Not use the service for illegal or abusive purposes

3. AI Outputs

AI detection scores are probabilistic estimates; 100% accuracy is not guaranteed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of outputs.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. Nuans shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

5. Governing Law
